Explore Cuzco’s historic center and visit the Cathedral. Descend into the Sacred Valley to see llamas and alpacas and to learn about traditional weaving techniques. Explore the Andean market town of Pisac and check in to the luxurious Belmond Rio Sagrado. meals b+l

Explore the massive Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo and sit down to lunch at Hacienda Huayoccari, a 17th-century estate with sweeping views of the valley. By special arrangement, famed ceramicist Pablo Seminario will lead a pottery workshop for our group. meals b+l

Return to Machu Picchu early this morning before other visitors arrive and as the sun casts its first rays upon the Lost City. Return to Cuzco, stopping to meet the weavers at Chincheros, and check in to your oxygenated room at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas. meals b+l
