DAY 1 | Welcome to Lima, Peru

DAY 2 | Sightseeing in Lima
Stroll in Barranco where historic buildings are
now home to lively cafes and boutiques. Tour the Larco Museum, followed by lunch, and discover the landmarks of Plaza Mayor in the colonial heart of Lima . Learn how to make a classic Pisco Sour before sitting down to an elegant Welcome Dinner. meals b+l+d
DAY 3 | Cuzco + Sacred Valley
Fly to Cuzco where our engaging Andean
Trip Leader Carlos awaits. Descend into the Sacred Valley to see llamas and alpacas, and to learn about traditional weaving techniques still used throughout the Andes. Visit the Cochahuasi Animal Sanctuary and explore the colorful market in Pisac. Then check in to the enchanting Belmond Rio Sagrado. meals b+l+d
DAY 4 | Andean history + Culture Explore the stone fortress of Ollantaytambo
and sit down to a farm-to-table lunch at Hacienda Huayoccari, a lovely 17th-century estate that’s been home to the Orihuela family for over 100 years. See the terraced Maras salt mines, worked for generations by the same families, and spend time in the workshop of a famed Andean milliner – where the daughter carries on the family tradition. Journey across the highlands to the Inca terraces at Moray before returning to your hotel. meals b+l+d
DAY 5 | To Machu Picchu by Luxury Rail Enjoy brunch and wine aboard Belmond’s
stylish Hiram Bingham Train as you journey through the Sacred Valley – a land of timeless villages, ancient farming terraces and rugged

DAY 6 | Machu Picchu + On to Cuzco Arising early at the only lodge next to Machu Picchu, you’ll be among the first to enter the Machu Picchu for a second guided visit. It’s an unforgettable experience to watch as the sun casts its first light upon the ancient citadel. The return journey on the Hiram Bingham Train includes cocktails and dinner. DAY 9 | To Lake Titicaca

It’s a wonder to stand upon the remarkable
