• Day 1 - Welcome to Bangkok

Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be warmly greeted and escorted by private car to your choice of city-center hotel.
  • Day 2 - City and temple tour

This morning’s private sightseeing tour takes you through the bustling streets of Bangkok to explore three of the city’s most significant Buddhist temples. At the Temple of the Golden Buddha, you’ll marvel at the world’s largest solid-gold Buddha image, a 700-year-old masterpiece that stands 15 feet tall and weighs more than 5 tons. Then visit Wat Pho. Also known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, it was built in the 16th century and is still the largest temple in all of Thailand. Built mostly from white Carrera marble imported from Italy, the distinctive Marble Temple is an unusual example of Thai architecture embellished with Neoclassical European flourishes. Return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the afternoon and your evening at leisure.  Meals B

We used Alexander and Roberts to show us Thailand for a few days before flying to Myanmar. Their service and guides were very good.

Everything delighted me. Bangkok was quite an incredible adventure. I was so pleased with the level of organization, the team that took care of us and navigated us on this journey, especially in Bangkok. I have travelled to Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and this is by far my favorite trip. The level of care received at the hotels, especially in Bangkok was tremendous and so luxurious. Our Bangkok guide was incredible and I would definitely book another tour with him and this agency again.
