Delve into Lima’s Colonial heritage in Plaza Mayor and tour Barranco, a historic district now home to cafés and galleries. Discover the pre-Columbian collection of the Larco Museum and enjoy a Pisco Sour and dinner with wine at this famed museum. Meals B+D

Into the Sacred Valley

Fly to Cuzco and descend into the lovely Sacred Valley to see alpacas and llamas, and traditional weavers at work. Visit the Cochahuasi Animal Sanctuary and sit down to a traditional barbecue lunch at the Wayra Ranch - followed by a lively Paso horse show. Overnight at the luxury Belmond Rio Sagrado. Meals B+L

By Rail to Machu Picchu

Ride the Vistadome train through the Sacred Valley and tour the Lost City. Spend the night at the exclusive Belmond Sanctuary Lodge, the only hotel next to Machu Picchu. Meals B+L+D

Sunrise to Machu Picchu

Be among the first to enter the citadel as the sun casts its early rays upon the site. Journey by train to visit Ollantaytambo, a town that dates to Inca times. Continue to Cuzco and settle in to your specially oxygenated room at the 5-star JW Marriott. Meals B+L

Perito Moreno Glacier

Drive into Los Glaciares National Park to the famed “Curve of Sighs” where you’ll catch your first glimpse of the enormous
glacier. Later, from special viewing platforms and catwalks, you’ll have incredible views of this moving wall of ice that stretches 3 miles across and soars nearly 200 feet above the pristine waters of Lake Argentino. The more adventurous can join an available excursion to walk across the glistening surface of the glacier itself! Meals B+L
