The Fairmont Norfolk Hotel, The Fairmont Mara Safari Club, Ol Tukai and the Neptune Lux Lodge were all just fabulous. Every employee (at all the lodges) we encountered was exceptional! Our guide Saimon Mughuma was a fabulous guide/leader. He really gave us so much information about the animals, the people and the country. He was extremely patient and professional with our group (even with some difficult people and situations), he was always on time and kept us well informed. He was more than just our guide, he treated us all like family. Japhet was kind to offer to take our excess luggage souvenirs) back to the airport in Nairobi when we parted ways with him at the Tanzanian border. All the guides and drivers seemed to have immense knowledge of their surroundings, the wildlife and the best places to see them. We are grateful for their expertise. This was our first time with a tour company and we were impressed with every detail being handled. We would definitely choose A +R again and have already recommended them to others.
