Florence and Venice hotel locations were back to higher quality establishments and in great areas of the city with very good services and rooms. They couldn't reach the bar of Sorrento, but I do not think that would be possible. The people there were just something special. But these locations were worthy of their higher standard and grouping in the package. All the other A/R tour guides, transfer personnel, etc.. were kind, friendly, helpful and we appreciated them. It might be my age making me a bit cynical, but all the other representatives were older men and women.
