We thoroughly enjoyed all of the cities we visited - Barcelona, Madrid, Grenada & Seville. We added 1 or more days in most locations so we had more time to explore. We greatly appreciated the daily updates from the local contacts via What's App regarding our travels, tours, guides and drivers. The local team was VERY responsive when there was confusion at our first hotel (an extra room was booked that we had not paid for nor needed). The tour guides engaged for our included and extra tours were very good, and were higher quality than those we have typically booked through TripAdvisor/Viator. Our guides went above and beyond both during the tour and making recommendations for restaurants (even making reservations) and other sights to see afterwards. Our hotels and rooms for Barcelona, Madrid and Grenada were excellent, while the room at our hotel in Seville was smaller and not the same level as the previous hotels, although it was clean and adequate. The hotel locations for Barcelona, Grenada and Seville were excellent, while the hotel in Madrid was a bit farther out requiring more use of taxis (the Madrid Metro was under construction and not recommended). Concierge service at all of the hotels was excellent and we used them for local restaurant recommendations and reservations that were within walking distance. The information provided ahead of the tour through the app was very good and useful in updating my calendar for the duration of the trip. It would be nice if there was an add to calendar feature in the app (with the correct time zones) so hotels, tours and transfers were available that way as well.
