Our A&R trip was fabulous! We were met by A&R rep Lizette at Santiago airport. She helped us onto our flight to Easter Island, then met us again when we returned to Santiago. She was our guide also for the day tour of the city and then she met us again the morning we flew out of Santiago for Punta Arenas for our Patagonia trip.
We can't say enough great things about A&R in general and specifically Lizette. She was so enthusiastic about her country and she loved sharing it with us. She was always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and generous with her time. Her driver was Eduardo, and he was always so friendly & professional. We felt welcomed, safe and in good hands with both Lizette & Eduardo! Lizette is a superb representative for A&R!
Easter Island was magical! Explora Rapa Nui was the best…beautiful facility with first-class accommodations, food, drinks & service… & great excursions with kind, knowledgeable guides. I would go back to an Explora resort in a heartbeat! Our experience there set the tone for a trip that was lovely beginning to end. The Le Reve Hotel in Santiago is charming; the staff was nice & professional and the location was convenient (we definitely felt safe).
