Quality of Service and Attention to Details and mostly knowledgeable staff. Sheila was one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant guides I have ever had. She was a delight. Janeth, our guide in the Galapagos was also excellent.

Everything went smooth except for an issue with the hotel in Guayaquil, however Alexander + Roberts did everything they could to resolve it!
