Seeing all the effort to save the giant tortoises. Was impressed with the huge effort to ban all plastics from all of Ecuador. Glad to see the penguins, boobies, sea lions, cacti, frigate birds, flightless cormorants, finches, gulls, star fish, different types of iguanas, lava fields, brown pelicans, sally light-foot crabs, herons, lava lizards, mantra rays and sharks. Saw many freshly dug nests for both tortoises and iguanas.
Also glad to see the huge effort to rid the islands of both invasive flora and fauna.
The weather was great also. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The pangas, the La Pinta and all meals were all superb as well. Every one followed the Covid mask guidelines also. Great to have a new water bottle that could be filled with filtered water at anytime on board the ship
