Roberto and our driver Manuel were awesome. Roberto was very knowledgeable of the history of Nicaragua and places to visit and eat when we were on our own. He was also able to solve any minor problems that arose. The locations and hotels were great in Granada, Leon, and Pacaya lodge. Roberto greeted us at the airport and took charge. I always get nervous when I arrive at a new destination and not know what to expect. Roberto put us at ease right away. I would love to go back to Granada and Pacaya some day. We got caught in a rainstorm taking a rainforest tour, Manuel, our driver, was able to find us taking shelter at someone's home. There was no street signs, but was able to rescue us.
