Italy by high speed rail. Rome, Florence and Venice. Every transport driver was friendly, timely and courteous. Was such a great experience of being escorted and transported on all transfers so no worrying about finding and hiring our own transportation. The small group guides were the best. Hands down better than Viator ones. Our guides told a story, not just spewing facts. First class properties were comparable to Hampton Inn in USA. Italo high speed trains were easy to board and ride, comfortable seats, clean, snack and beverage service. This was our first visit to Italy and first time using Alexander and Roberts. We will be using A & R again and again if the experience was as good as this time. Highly satisfied, highly recommend.

EVERY moment and detail of the Kenya and Tanzania trip was first class and, as advertised. Not one disappoint or problem. This was a bucket list trip I had been planning for years and each day was better than the last! Almost impossible to explain. Great guides, drivers, lodging and food over the top amazing. Not one bug in September. Close up experiences with the animals. Saw all of the Big 5 thanks to A&R booking us a very personal experience with the last 2 white rhinos in Kenya in the wild . Brings tears to my eyes.
