Alice from MA gives this tour
We were delighted with the way Scott calmly and professionally handled flight delays and necessary itinerary changes and kept everyone informed and in good humor. His arranged parade of 1950's era convertibles through Havana as transportation for the group was a high point of the trip. We thought Ned (cruise director) and Daniel (tour guide) were both focused, attentive and knowledgeable. Their individual insights into Cuban life helped clarify how the current atmosphere developed and evolved. Finally, having Scott, Diane and Craig on the ship added explanation to how A&R sets up smaller groups and gets them to meld.
