We traveled last summer and the trip was quite excellent. I'm now very belatedly getting around to providing you some specific compliments on your staff. The guides we had in both Moscow and St. Petersburg were excellent. I would particularly like to compliment your representative in Moscow. Due to airline delays, our baggage did not arrive when we did. It looked like a real possibility that our bags would not get to us before we left on our river cruise. I contacted your representative in Moscow and somehow they managed to get our bags cleared through customs and delivered to us. I should also note that when we called ahead to let General Tours know that we would be arriving in Moscow on a different flight, our guide was there to meet us. Great job by everybody.
