  • Florence from PA gives this tour

Let me begin by saying I have traveled throughout the world and visited five of the seven Continents. However, I have never been prompted to write a trip review. My motivation this time stems from the excellent Tour Guide Alexander and Roberts assigned to our travel group, when we visited India, a few weeks ago. Our Tour Guide was a young man named Sandeep. It's important to mention, I traveled to India primarily to see the Taj Mahal! And, to be frank about it, I wasn't sure, if anything else about the country would be appealing. But, because of Sandeep's extensive knowledge of the country's history, his professionalism and continual commitment to make our trip to India a memorable one, I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent traveling around India. I was also impressed with his ability to be both patient and attentive to the guests on the tour. An example of this would be, during our travel from Agar to Jaipur, we stopped at the “Chand Baori” the ancient step well. I was truly fascinated with this place, and had more than a few questions related to architectural design of the step well and how it was utilized! The following day, Sandeep presented me with a written summary of the details about the step well, which he thought would supplement the pictures I had taken. I couldn’t believe it, what a nice surprise! Let me end by saying this, I have never traveled on an Alexander and Roberts tour before. However, because of this exceptional experience and our tour guide, I would not hesitate to schedule future trips with your company. When I do, I will be expecting the same incredible service I received from our Indian Guide Sandeep! Please share this review with your office in India. I want the young man to know, how much I appreciate the personal care and service he provide to me and my fellow-travelers.

I travel on a small group trip to India 10/21-31/2017. Our tour guide was amazing. Sandeep Yadav Singh. He ensured that we got the most out of our vacation. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do. You are fortunate to have him as part of your team!!! As a result I would travel with Alexander & Roberts again.
