  • Frederick from NC gives this tour

Seeing the Taj Mahal in person was an amazing experience and was the main reason for our trip. We also enjoyed visiting the Qutab Minar and Agra Fort. Our guide Chanchal was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of historical information. He saw to it that my mobility assistance needs were met. Chanchal was one of the best guides that we have ever encountered. The hotels were very comfortable. All staff persons were professional and helpful. The visit with the family provided a delicious meal and information about their daily lives.

  • Parthenia from NC gives this tour

I had always wanted to visit the Taj Mahal and this tour provided me the chance to do so. We visited it in the afternoon at the suggestion of Chanchal, our guide, and the weather was just perfect. He provided a complete history of the site through his wonderful stories. I also enjoyed the tour of Agra Fort and the Qutab Minar. The visit to the Sikh Temple was enlightening. Closing out our tour with the visit to a local family who cooked a delicious meal for us and explained their culture was educational. Chanchal went above and beyond his duties to see that I received a cake to celebrate my birthday. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. We had excellent accommodations at each hotel and the staff made us feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed each day of our tour thanks to Chanchal. He was one of the best guides that I have encountered in my travels. Our driver did an excellent job getting from place to place safely.

The tour guide Chanchal was excellent. I really enjoyed the way he educated us through anecdotes and stories. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. The adjustments that Chanchal made during the trip always seemed to enhance the experience. As on past Alexander and Roberts tours that we have taken, we really appreciate that tour representatives meet us at the airports and are available for consultation while traveling .

  • Janet from MA gives this tour

Our tour director Chanchal was amazing. Chanchal was always professional, his knowledge and love of his country was phenomenal, and kindness was so appreciated. Chanchal made sure we were at our tour attractions always at the best time to experience them at their fullest. India is an amazing country, Taj Mahal breath taking, the Bengal tiger in the wild something you won't forget and the list goes on. Shout out to Mr. Singh our bus driver who kept us safe on the roads and to Raju his assistant always there with a cold bottle of water, snack , hand sanitizer, always so polite. The representatives at the airports were always willing to help with any of our needs. Thanks to the Alexander and Roberts gentleman that called us at the airport in India to help with our connecting flight that we were not going to make.
